What is
Typically, curriculum is a phenomenon which includes many dimensions of learning, including rationale, aims, content, methods, resources, time, assessment, etc; which refers to various levels of planning and decision-making on learning (for example, at the supra-, macro-, meso-, micro- and nano-levels); or, international, national, local, classroom and individual levels; and which relates to multiple representations of learning (for example, as already mentioned, ‘intended’, ‘implemented’, ‘attained’, etc).
Also, when we talk about curriculum, it is not just a textbook, nor the materials or videos and worksheets that help teachers to instruct the students. Rather, it is also the knowledge and skills the students are expected to learn as they progress through our school system. This page covers everything you need to know about curriculum.
