The
last session was about how to create our own blogs so that we can publish our
own learning from these mentoring sessions in the form of a reflection and
publish in our blogs. Blogging is one of
the most effective tools where anyone can write their journals online and
publish in their respective blogs. Moreover, it is very simple and effective to
use blogs. In this technological world where everything is done and depended on
technology, it has become so important to make best use of such online
platforms. Blogging serves many purposes such as earning an income, advertising
a brand, sharing ideas to community at large, helping people and also establishing
oneself as an authority. In our own community, we have Sonam Denkar, the first
Bhutanese Blogger and vlogger who has really gained popularity all over the
country through her beautiful and inspiring travel blogs. She takes us through
different parts of the country that are unexplored and gives us an important
message to embrace the aesthetics of our own country, Bhutan. Not only does she
earn from her blog but also got many opportunities that has helped her to hold
onto her passion of blogging and keep inspiring people around Bhutan. A living
example indeed. Given this huge emphasis on blogging, there is no doubt that
one should start blogging. 
Infact,
I am really grateful to Sir for encouraging us to learn blogging and spend our
time fruitfully. We were all beginners, and the best blogging site was
blogger.com which is often used by many new bloggers around the globe. Indeed, it is very easy to use and effective for beginners like us who have limited
idea about blogging. By the end of this session, we could all finish creating a
blog on this site, and it was fun and engaging at the same time learning a new
thing from the YouTube and also from each other. The key idea I got from this
session is that everything is right infront of us and we should never hesitate
to explore. We learn when we are willing to learn.
